DTF (Direct To Film) digital printing is a modern way of transferring designs onto fabric.

By printing the design on a special heat transfer film and then thermally transferring the print directly to the fabric.

Transfer process

Pressing temperatures:

  • Cotton: 160°
  • Polyester: 130°

Pressing time:

  • 1st press 15 seconds
  • The film is removed after it has cooled (at least 15-30 seconds).
  • 2nd press 10-15 seconds

ATTENTION:

  • Colors:

    You must check your colors and that your designs are background-free before submitting your file. We do not match colors or check colors for you. Please check your pantone colors as what you see on screen may not be correct.

  • Small, fine print:

    Fine, tiny details under 0.35cm do not have the necessary surface area for transfer and will not transfer to the garment. Be sure to make fine details thicker for best results.

  • Analysis:

    Your file should be created at 300dpi for best print quality. If you are unsure about the quality, we are at your disposal to help you.
